I once had good hair - approximately double of what I now have. I have never used to knowledge hair loss, not even a strand. But once it started, it just seemed to get worse. How I Fight Hair Loss
To combat hair fall, you require dedicating time to yourself. It takes a while for your hard work to kick in your system and start reflecting the results. Here are some tips that helped me more -
1. A mouthful of amla and aloe vera juice first thing in the morning.
2. Two teaspoon flaxseeds every day.
3. Hair washes at least thrice a week, followed by a hair pack/wrap, shampooing, conditioning and applying serum.
4. At least 2 liters of water every day.
5. Combing properly, only wooden comb.
6. Including green nuts, tea, dry fruits, juices and green vegetables in my regular diet; less of caffeine.
7. Ditching hair styling products completely, also hair coloring, ironing, etc.
8. Using only mild, herbal natural products; no cosmetics.
Other than these, what actually helped was the current application of onion juice on my scalp. I used to get 2-3 large onions, extract the juice, now apply it on my scalp, leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash off. Not a lot of would know but onion juice can do marvel for hair loss, hair growth, checking scalp infections and keeping it clean and refreshed.
