Step 1: Cleanse Face

To cleanse your skin thoroughly, always cleanse twice. Some ranges offer oil as a pre-cleanser, which helps to removes make-up and grime brilliantly. Follow with a cream, milk or foam cleanser, depending on your skin type like dry skin and oily skin. Remember to include your neck.

Step 2: Exfoliate Face      

Exfoliation helps to removes dead cells so your skin looks more radiant and another product can penetrate more effectively. You should choose an exfoliator that suits for your skin type: grainy if it’s normal, cream if it’s delicate, chemical if it’s sensitive, problematic, or enzymatic, which can be used on most skin types. Depending on your skin type, you can choose the fruit suitable for your skin. Banana and avocado scrub best for dry skin, orange or lemon scrub for oily skin, peach and strawberry for sensitive skin.

·Orange Scrub:

In 2 teaspoon of fresh orange juice, add 2 teaspoon of oats and form a paste. Scrub gently on your face with circular motions. Wash off after 5 to 10 minutes. This is suitable for oily and combination skin.

·Use Lemon Scrub:

Mix 1 tbsp of lemon juice, honey and sugar to form a paste. Scrub gently and keep for 5 to 10 minutes. This scrub is appropriate for all seasons and also helps to reduces blemishes and dark spots.

·Papaya scrub:

In 2 tbsp of mashes papaya pulp, add a tbsp of sugar granules, oats and honey. Make a paste and scrub gently using circular motions. Keep for 5 to 10 minutes and wash off with fresh water.

·Water melon Scrub:

Mix ¼ cup of fresh watermelon juice with 3 tbsp of gram flour to form a smooth paste. Scrub and keep for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing with cool water. This scrub is best for all skin types as it is hydrating and rejuvenates the skin instantly.

Step 3:  Apply Warm Compress and Facial Massage

Soak a face cloth in hot water, squeeze out excess and hold it over skin to boost circulation. Wipe off product residue. You should follow with a facial massage, unless your skin is oily. Slowly work a rich cream into your skin with little round upward movements.

Step 4: Apply Face Mask

You can also apply a mask without removing the cream on your face. Choose a hydrating, firming, stimulating, refining or nourishing formula, depending on your biggest skin-care concern. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes. This is a best time for you to soak in the bath. Make eye pads from soft cotton wool and alcohol-free toner and place them over your eyes. Relax for 15 minutes and then rinse off.

Step 5: Apply Serum

At the last, you should apply serum and day or night cream, as well as your eye cream or gel. If it’s daytime, don’t forget to take sun protection. With the help of this your skin should look invigorated, creamy and bright.
