Best Home Remedies Tips for white Legs and Hand

Today we are moving to western culture and because of this our legs and arms remain in contact with sunlight, dust etc. Which make our legs and arm’s skin rough and tanned, and as our life is very fast as we work outside we ignore this and results in rough, tanned skin. We can take care of our legs and arms at home easily so that our skin remains fair, soft and smooth. Following are some home remedies can be used at home to make our skin fair, smooth and soft.

Fair Glowing Hand and Feet



Required: Tomato juice and milk.

Directions: Take tomato juice and mix it in milk in ½ ratio ( if tomato juice= 1 cup then milk=2 cup) means take  milk just double the  quantity of tomato. Use this mixture on legs and arms with cotton balls and leave it for 30 to 40 minutes. And then wash it. Use this procedure once a week to good results. This also helps in removing tanning and sunburn effect.


Required: Yoghurt or simply curd.

Directions: Take small amount yoghurt in bowl and rub it on your legs and arms. You can use this activity before going to bath. Leave it for 5 minutes and then wash with lukewarm water. Follow this procedure once a week for better results. To make it more effective you can also add few drops of lemon in it.


Required:  Lemon juice, pinch of turmeric and cucumber juice.

Directions: Take lemon juice and cucumber juice in equal amount and add some amount of turmeric in it(a pinch). Now make a fine pack of these substances and apply this paste on legs and arms for 20 minutes and then wash away. Follow this procedure weekly for good results. This will remove roughness of skin and make it smooth and fair.

Gram Flour

Required: Gram flour, rose water and water.

Directions:  Get 4 tea spoon of gram flour, mix some amount of rose water and small amount of water and make a fine paste of it. Apply this paste on legs and arms properly. Wash this paste when it will get dry. Use this procedure twice a week for good and effective results. This will make your skin fair smooth and soft. And this will also help in removing tanning.

Oranges Peel

Required: Dried Orange peel and raw milk.

Directions: First dried orange peel in good amount to use for long time.  Now take some orange peels and grind it properly and then mix small amount of raw milk in it and make a fine paste. Apply this paste on the legs and arms for 20 to 25 minutes and wash it with water. This home remedy is very effective to make skin fair and glowing and soft.


Required: Potato slices

Directions: Take 2 potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Now rub these slices on the legs and arms and left the moisture for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water.  You can use this remedy 2 to 3 times in weak for better results.

Turmeric Powder

Required: Turmeric powder and olive oil.

Directions:  Mingle small amount of olive oil in turmeric powder and make a fine paste. Apply this paste on the legs and arms for 10 minutes and then rinse with water. Use this pack at least 2 to 3 times in a week for effective results. This will help in making the skin glowing and fair.

Raw Milk

Required: Raw milk.

Directions: Raw milk is very cleanser for daily use. Take small amount of raw milk in bowl and massage the legs and arms and neck with cotton wall for some time and then wash away with water. This is very good remedy to get fairy, glowing and smooth skin.


Required: Honey, lemon juice and milk powder.

Directions: Take one normal spoon of honey,1 spoon of lemon juice and mix these ingredients in milk powder and make a paste. Now apply this fine paste or pack on the legs, thigh and arms to get fairy and glowing skin.

Lemon and Salt

Required:  Lemon and white salt.

Directions:  cut the lemon in two halves and put some salt on it and rub the legs arms with it for some time and then rinse with water. This will help you to get fair skin.

Coconut water

Required: coconut water.

Directions: Take coconut water and apply this water on your legs arms and neck twice in a weak. This will help your skin to get fair and glowing.

Papaya paste

Required:  Papaya pieces, milk powder and honey.

Directions:  Make a mixture using papaya pieces, milk powder and honey and apply this paste on the legs and arms. And wash away when it will get dry. Use this paste once in a weak and you will see better result in no time.
