Home Remedies Tips for Cracked Heels

This is mainly found in women as she wears sandals due to this their feet come directly to sun, dust. This dust when not taken care of made the heels cracked. Due to this women feel shy during parties and try to cover their heels. But we are providing some home treatments which are very help full for removing cracked heels.

Cracked Heels

 

Scrubbing the feet

Requirement: warm soapy water, moisturizer or cream

Directions: This treatment is mainly provides better results when follows before going to bed. Before going to bed put your feet in warm soapy water for 15 to 20 minutes. Use pumice stone to rub cracked heels properly so that hard covered skin will get remove and then with clean towel makes the feet pat dry. After this apply moisturizer or cream on the cracked heels and wear cotton socks whole night. By doing this remedy daily your cracked heels will get well soon.

Coconut Oil

Requirement: Coconut oil, warm water

Directions: This treatment is also performed during night as during this feet must have in relax position for 5 to 7 hours to take relief. Before going to bed put your feet in warm water for 20 minutes and then rubs the cracked heel with pumice stone so that outer hard covered skin will get remove. Now pat dry your heels with clean towel and then apply coconut oil on the cracked heels and do some massage on it. Wear cotton socks for whole night. Daily use of this treatment will make your cracked heels clean and soft.

 

Paraffin Wax

Requirement: Paraffin wax, mustered oil

Directions: Put your feet in warm water for 10 minute and make them pat dry with clean towel. Heat up the small amount of paraffin wax and then mingle little amount of mustered oil in it. Apply this paste on the cracked skin or fill the cracked pores with this paste. This will help you to remove cracked heels and this will also help you in making heels soft. Follow this remedy for daily for 2 to 3 weeks. It will remove cracked skin.

Glycerin

Requirement: Glycerin, lemon juice and rose water

Directions: Mingle some amount of glycerin and lemon juice in a bowl. You can also add small amount of rose water in this mixture. Apply this mixture on cracked heels for 20 minutes and then wash away. Use this daily for 3 to 4 weeks. This is very fast and effective home remedy for cracked heels.

Epsom salt

Requirement: Epsom salt, petroleum jelly.

Directions: Put half cup of Epsom salt in the warm water. Put your feet in the warm water for 20 minute and rub the heels with pumice stone. And put again your feet in the same water again for 10 minutes. Now pat dry your feet with clean towel and apply petroleum jelly on the cracked heels and wear cotton shocks all over the night. Perform this activity daily for 3 to 4 weeks. This will remove outer hard skin of heels and will fill the cracks and make the skin soft.

Lemon Juice

Requirement: Lemon juice or simply fresh lemon.

Directions: Squeeze one lemon in the warm water and put your feet in it for 15 minutes. Now dry off the feet with clean towel and apply moisturizer on the cracked heels. Follow this procedures daily or once or twice for good results.

Lemon Juice and Petroleum jelly

Requirement: Lemon juice or fresh lemon, Petroleum jelly.

Directions: Put one tea spoon of petroleum jelly and one tea spoon of lemon juice in a bowl. Mix both properly in the bowel. Now wash your fee properly with water and make them pat dry. Apply this mixture on the cracked heels. Perform this activity daily for good results.

Ripe Banana Feet Pack

Requirement: Ripened banana

Directions: Mesh banana in a bowl and make a fine paste and apply this paste on the cracked heel and leave this for 30 minutes or overnight and then wash it with lukewarm water. Perform this activity daily for good results.

Honey

Requirement: Olive Oil

Directions: wet some cotton balls with olive oil and massage cracked skin with cotton balls in circular motion for 10 minutes. This will remove dryness of skin and will help in preventing skin to get cracked.
